Job summary

Gopuff is seeking a Retail Sales Associate in Roseville, CA to deliver outstanding customer service and handle cashiering, merchandising, replenishment, and e-commerce fulfillment. The role emphasizes accuracy in picking/packing orders, maintaining a clean warehouse, and educating customers on BevMo!

ClubBev and the Gopuff App. Responsibilities include modeling company values, team collaboration, and supporting omni-channel operations.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Retail, e-commerce or warehouse experience is preferred.
• Clear and concise communication. Ensure others understand messages clearly.
• Ability to drive results by setting clear expectations and monitoring performance.
• Systematic approach to improving workflows and adapting to change.
• Collaborate effectively with others to achieve common goals.

Responsibilities

• Model company values in all actions, communication and decision-making.
• Maintain store standards by stocking, merchandising and e-commerce operations.
• Perform duties as directed by management.
• Create a positive customer experience through sales and service programs.
• Educate and enroll customers into BevMo!’s ClubBev Program and the Gopuff App.
• Use product knowledge to make recommendations to customers.
• Provide solutions, including substitutions or special orders.
• Pick and pack items per order for dispatch to customers.
• Ensure accuracy of items picked/packed.
• Clean and organize warehouse.
