Job summary

Gopuff is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to deliver an outstanding customer experience as a cashier and sales floor teammate in Roseville, CA. You will stock, merchandise and support e-commerce fulfillment while upholding store standards and accuracy in order pick/pack.

Responsibilities include educating customers about ClubBev and the Gopuff app, making product recommendations, and collaborating with the team to maintain a clean, efficient operation.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Retail, e-commerce or warehouse experience preferred.
• Clear, direct communication and ability to ensure message clarity.
• Ability to motivate and meet performance standards with accountability.
• Systematic approach to process and workflow improvements.
• Collaborative teamwork to achieve common goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer experience as cashier and sales associate.
• Stock, merchandise, replenish, and support e-commerce fulfillment.
• Educate customers about BevMo!/Gopuff ClubBev and the app.
• Make product recommendations and substitutions as needed.
• Pick and pack items accurately for customer dispatch.
• Maintain clean and organized warehouse and store areas.
