Job summary

Gopuff is seeking a Retail Sales Associate in Sacramento to deliver an excellent customer experience, handling cashier duties, storefront merchandising, replenishment and e-commerce fulfillment.

You will educate customers on BevMo ClubBev and the Gopuff app, use product knowledge for recommendations, and assist with picking, packing and warehouse organization as part of daily operations.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Retail, e-commerce or warehouse experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication: concise, direct and unambiguous.
• Ability to drive results by meeting standards and providing feedback.
• Ability to contribute to effective, adaptable workflows.
• Team-oriented and collaborative work style.

Responsibilities

• Model company values in all actions, communication and decision-making.
• Maintain store standards by stocking, merchandising and e-commerce operations; recover the store.
• Perform other duties as directed by management.
• Create a positive customer experience using sales and customer service programs.
• Educate and enroll customers into BevMo!’s ClubBev and the Gopuff App.
• Use product knowledge to recommend items to customers.
• Provide customers with solutions, including substitutions or special orders.
• Pick and pack items per order for dispatch to customers; ensure accuracy.
• Clean and organize the warehouse.
