Responsibilities

• Process freight and assist with price changes/markdowns.
• Balance register and handle payments per policy.
• Call out prices during transactions and bag merchandise.
• Handle cash, checks, and cards correctly.
• Obtain management approval for returns or voids as needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness and assist with merchandising.
• Explain exchange/refund policies to customers.
• Support loss prevention efforts and report incidents.
