Job summary

PHOENIX Retail, LLC seeks a Retail Sales Associate for the Sun Valley store to deliver a premier in-store experience. You will stock, stock room, and assist customers while upholding store standards and safety policies.

You will engage customers, process transactions, and promote credit/loyalty programs, with availability for nights and weekends. Prior retail or strong service skills are favored.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0-2 years of relevant job experience, minimum 6 months.
• Proficient with iPad and register technology.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and non-business hours.
• Ability to meet physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room.
• Follow company policies to ensure the safety of all associates and customers.
• Assist with product launch changes according to SOP.
• Provide a Great Customer Experience.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately reducing the customers wait time.
• Positively resolve customer service-related issues as they arise and communicate resolutions to Store Management.
• Drive credit and loyalty member programs by explaining benefits and encouraging participation.
• Other essential functions may occur as directed by your supervisor.
