Job summary

PHOENIX Retail, LLC is seeking a Retail Sales Associate for the Daytona Beach Outlets store. You will help create a welcoming shopping environment, assist with stocking and merchandising, and support transactions at the register.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean sales floor, following safety policies, and actively promoting credit and loyalty programs to customers while delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or Equivalent.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience, minimum 6 months.
• Proficient with technology (iPad, registers).
• Availability includes nights, weekends and non-business hours.
• Ability to meet physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide a great in-store shopping experience for customers.
• Stock, clean, fold merchandise and maintain organized sales floor.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately.
• Drive credit and loyalty programs by explaining benefits.
• Escalate issues as needed and communicate resolutions to management.
