Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a customer service oriented team member in the United States to deliver outstanding service, process sales orders accurately, and assist customers with credit applications and financing as needed. This role requires at least 1 year of customer service or sales experience and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

You will help meet sales goals, support cash handling procedures, and participate in store opening/closing tasks.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI's and performance standards.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
