Job summary

New Balance is seeking Retail Sale Associates to ensure stores run smoothly and provide exemplary customer service. You will educate customers on product features and benefits, and assist throughout every step of the transaction with a focus on the New Balance brand.

Responsibilities include fitting customers with the right NB product, promoting current offers, maintaining a tidy floor, and handling labeling, security, and safety duties. Flexibility for weekends/holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to flourish in a team environment.
• Familiarity with cash register functions and basic math.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service using proper selling techniques and product knowledge.
• Correctly measure and fit customers with NB product.
• Inform customers about promotions and keep floor neat and stocked.
• Label and price items correctly; report shrinkage and security issues.
• Follow safety regulations and lifting procedures.
