Elements Massage in Allentown is hiring a Retail Sales Associate / Client Experience Specialist. The role focuses on welcoming clients, promoting our Wellness Program, and guiding conversations into loyal relationships. Expect a mix of morning/evening/weekend shifts and a collaborative team environment.

You will promote services, handle scheduling, and ensure every client leaves with a positive impression and a sense of well-being. Training on scheduling and payment systems provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in selling memberships or services in-person.
• Hospitality or retail/customer-service background preferred.
• Ability to explain programs and benefits clearly.
