Quality Talent Group is helping a global consumer health and personal care retailer recruit for a weekday retail customer service role in Florida. This position emphasizes delivering an outstanding service experience to every guest and processing sales with accuracy, including cash handling and financing assistance as needed.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of customer service or sales experience, are at least 18 years old, and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI's and performance standards.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
