Job summary

The Children’s Place in Willow Grove, PA is seeking a Sales Associate to support the Store Leadership Team in achieving company goals. You will model excellent customer service, communicate product knowledge, and use effective selling techniques to drive store performance.

Maintain merchandise presentation, replenish stock, and keep the store clean and organized. You will greet customers, assist with promotions, and manage stock levels while adhering to safety and loss prevention standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with urgency and prioritize service.
• Greet and acknowledge customers and provide level of service.
• Explain product value and promotions and offer solutions for out‑of‑stock items.
• Operate cashwrap delivering fast, friendly service and promote the PLACE Card.
• Maintain stock levels and ensure size/style representation across the floor and stockroom.
