Job summary

The Children’s Place in Washington, Pennsylvania is seeking a Sales Associate to support the Store Leadership Team in achieving company goals. You will provide outstanding customer service with strong product knowledge and effective selling techniques, while maintaining store standards and merchandise presentation.

You will greet customers, help with purchases, explain promotions, and assist with stock replenishment and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Leadership Team to achieve company goals.
• Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge.
• Maintain merchandise presentation, replenishment, and sizing.
• Support a clean store and backroom, following safety procedures.
• Use POS to handle purchases and explain the PLACE Card benefits.
• Restock, organize stockroom and ensure availability of sizes and styles.
• Follow loss prevention procedures and housekeeping standards.
