You will greet customers, communicate promotions, maintain merchandise presentation, stock levels, and a clean backroom while upholding safety, loss prevention, and a flexible weekend/evening schedule.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Be aware of customer activity and respond with urgency, prioritizing assisting customers.
• Greet and acknowledge customers with appropriate service.
• Explain promotions and features, offering solutions for out-of-stock items.
• Address customer concerns with sound judgment.
• Demonstrate selling skills to positively impact conversion.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout service and educate about the PLACE Card.
• Maintain stock levels and ensure sizes/styles are represented.
• Follow merchandise presentation, signage, and display standards.
• Keep stockroom neat and safe; adhere to a customer-ready environment.
• Perform daily housekeeping to company standard.
• Support loss prevention procedures and alert leadership to issues.
• Inform leadership of maintenance needs for a clean environment.
• Contribute toward store goals and flexibly process stock when needed.
