Job summary

The Children's Place in Jenks, OK is seeking a Sales Associate to support the Store Leadership Team in achieving company goals. You will deliver excellent customer service, maintain product knowledge, and use effective selling techniques.

You must be at least 18, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and be willing to work weekends and flexible shifts. Prior retail experience is preferred, and you will help keep the store inviting and organized.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Be aware of customer activity and respond with urgency.
• Greet and acknowledge customers with appropriate service.
• Explain value and promotions and handle out-of-stock situations.
• Address customer concerns with sound judgment.
• Demonstrate selling skills to improve conversion.
• Provide fast, friendly service at the cashwrap and promote PLACE Card.
• Maintain stock levels and ensure size/style representation.
• Follow merchandising presentation, signage, and display standards.
• Keep stockroom neat and safe and maintain a customer-ready environment.
• Perform daily housekeeping to company standards.
• Protect company assets by following LP procedures.
• Inform leadership of maintenance needs promptly.
• Contribute to store goals with focused efforts.
• Process stock as needed.
