Job summary

The Children's Place in Jackson, TN is seeking a Sales Associate to support the store leadership team and deliver excellent customer service. You will help maintain product knowledge, merchandising, and stockroom organization, while promoting our PLACE Card and promotions.

The role requires a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings, and a willingness to assist with various store tasks to meet company goals. Previous retail experience is preferred for success in this position.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and engage customers.
• Greet customers, communicate promotions, and resolve inquiries.
• Maintain merchandise presentation and stock levels.
• Operate cash wrap with accuracy and promote PLACE Card.
• Follow loss prevention procedures.
• Keep store clean and organized; assist with backroom.
• Support store leadership to achieve goals.
• Adapt to schedule including weekends and nights.
• Move stock between floor and stockroom.
