Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a proactive team member to deliver outstanding customer service in a retail setting. You will process sales, handle cash, assist with store opening/closing, and support inventory control while driving sales performance.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of customer service or sales experience, are 18+, and possess a high school diploma or equivalent. This on-site role offers growth and benefits in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

Legally authorized to work in the US.
At least 18 years old
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
1 year customer service and/or sales experience preferred
Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
Support inventory management and loss prevention procedures.
Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI's and performance standards.
