Job summary

The TJ Maxx team in Gastonia, NC is hiring to deliver a premier customer experience across our store. You’ll engage customers, maintain a clean, organized sales floor, and support daily operations while upholding loss prevention and merchandising standards.

Responsibilities

• Delivers a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and upholding customer experience principles.
• Maintains a clean, organized store environment and adheres to operating procedures.
• Rings purchases and returns accurately and manages cashier duties per standards.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs and supports loss prevention standards.
• Assists in store recovery and maintains safety and cleanliness throughout the shift.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
