Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a retail team member at TJ Maxx in Greenville, NC to deliver a superior customer experience. You will engage with customers, maintain a clean store, and support merchandise and loss prevention standards across the operation.

You will cross-train to assist in multiple store areas, promote credit and loyalty programs, and help sustain a positive store culture through integrity and teamwork. Previous retail exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking.
• Retail customer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer according to established operating procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains and upholds merchandising philosophy and follows established merchandising procedures and standards.
• Initiates and participates in store recovery as needed throughout the day.
