Job summary

TJ Maxx in Boone, NC seeks a customer-focused store associate to deliver a high-quality shopping experience. You will engage customers, process sales and returns, maintain a clean sales floor, and support loss prevention and safety policies.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to multi-task, and reliability with a flexible schedule. Retail experience is preferred, with potential for cross-training across store areas.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process purchases/returns and count change back per procedures.
• Maintain merchandising philosophy and follow standards.
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor following procedures.
• Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness.
• Support shrink reduction goals and safety programs.
• Other duties as assigned.
