Job summary

Quality Talent Group in Park, Texas, is seeking a customer service and sales associate to deliver an outstanding service experience for every guest, process sales orders accurately, and assist with credit applications and financing matters as required.

You will meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPIs, and participate in opening/closing shifts, including cash reconciliation. This role requires 1 year of customer service or sales experience and legal authorization to work in the US.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• 18 years old or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI’s and performance standards.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
