Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Customer Service Associate for our retail partner in Texas. You will provide outstanding service to every guest, process sales orders accurately, and help meet sales goals aligned to KPI targets.

Responsibilities include addressing customer concerns independently when possible, assisting with store opening/closing duties, and contributing to a positive shopping experience. Prior customer service or sales experience is preferred; must be legally eligible to work

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 IBS with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI’s and performance standards.
• Address customer concerns independently whenever possible.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities.
