Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a customer-focused associate to provide outstanding service to every guest and process sales orders accurately. You will assist customers with credit applications and financing matters while ensuring cash handling protocols are followed.

In this role you will meet and exceed sales goals, support KPI targets, and participate in store opening/closing activities including cash reconciliation.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI's and performance standards.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
