Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in a fast paced, customer service centric environment (sales associate, retail sales associate, customer service representative, store associate, salon associate, or a similar position)
• Previous experience with Point of Sale Systems strongly preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to clients and assist with product recommendations.
• Assist customers with purchases and handle transactions using the POS system.
• Maintain a clean, organized store area and restock as needed.
• Support daily operations and guest experience in a fast-paced salon retail environment.
