Job summary

Drybar Shops is seeking a friendly retail sales associate to deliver exceptional customer service and assist clients with products and services in a fast-paced salon environment.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in customer service, familiarity with POS systems, and a professional, multitasking mindset. Flexible hours and on-site work in a busy retail setting are offered with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a fast paced, customer service centric environment.
• Previous experience with POS systems strongly preferred.
• Salon/spa experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to Drybar clients at the front desk and sales floor.
• Assist guests with product recommendations and services with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Operate POS at checkout and help maintain a clean, organized customer area.

Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

• 1+ years’ experience in a fast paced, customer service centric environment (sales associate, retail sales associate, customer service representative, store associate, salon associate, or a similar position)
• Previous experience with Point of Sale Systems strongly preferred
• Previous salon/spa experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work at a sustained, fast pace
• Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Track record in providing over-the-top, amazing customer service!
• Ability to multitask with ease
• Frequently required to stand and/or walk for duration of 6-8 hour long shifts
• Has the technical ability and skills to operate a point of sale system
• Problem solver – use logic and support resources to solve problems at the front desk
• Maintains professional demeanor under pressure
