Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
• 0-2 years of relevant retail, customer service, or sales experience preferred.
• Prior retail sales experience is a plus for the role.
• Lead Shift assignments may require additional responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional approach.
• Explain products, promotions, and solutions to customer questions.
• Upsell through product recommendations and promotions.
• Organize shelves, restock, and maintain clean, safe sales floor.
• Handle cash and transactions following cash handling procedures.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and shift coordination as needed.
