Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer customer questions about products, promotions, discounts, and special offers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend products or solutions to support the shopping experience.
• Upsell through appropriate product recommendations and stay aware of new products and promotions.
• Promptly resolve customer concerns and escalate when needed.
• Organize merchandise on shelves and restock when low or empty.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe sales floor and checkout area.
• Process transactions accurately and complete store administrative tasks as directed.
• Assist with clocking in/out, opening/closing duties, and lead shift coordination when scheduled.
