Job summary

You will greet customers, answer questions, and help locate products while maintaining store cleanliness and organization.

When assigned to Lead Shift, you will support the Store Manager by coordinating tasks, guiding team members, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

• Promptly resolve customer concerns when able and escalating complaints or sensitive issues to store leadership when necessary.
