Evergreen Goodwill of Northwest Washington is seeking a Retail Sales Associate for our Seattle store. The role involves assisting customers, donors, and ensuring a welcoming shopping experience while processing transactions and maintaining merchandise.

The Pay Rate is $21.30 per hour. This non-exempt position reports to the Retail Supervisor in the Retail Operations department. High school diploma is preferred, with no previous experience required; ability to learn new software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers and donors with merchandise choices.
• Handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
• Balance cash drawer and process POS transactions.
• Keep the store area clean and well-organized.
• Support team and supervisors as needed.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and safety.
