Evergreen Goodwill of Northwest Washington is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to interact with customers, donors and staff in a friendly, professional manner. You will cashier, assist with merchandise, and help maintain an inviting store environment in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role is non-exempt under FLSA, with a pay rate of $20.77/hour. No prior experience required; high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• No prior experience required for this entry-level role.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge, greet and help customers in all areas of the store.
• Assist customers/donors with questions or direct to a supervisor.
• Handle cash, checks and card transactions, balance POS drawer.
• Communicate through standard telephone and wireless systems.
• Merchandise, restock and maintain the floor as needed.
• Maintain a clean work environment and safety practices.
• Support teammates and assist supervisors as needed.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction and team goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
