FirstCash, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Pawnbroker / Retail Sales Associate for our pawn store locations nationwide. The role offers an hourly wage of $13.45 to $15.95 plus an easily achievable commission on each transaction.

Qualifications

• Must be willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Must be willing and able to perform duties and tasks for extended periods, including standing, walking, and lifting.
• Computer literate and able to operate Point-Of-Sale (POS) systems.

Responsibilities

• Greets and interacts with customers to develop rapport and suggest financial solutions.
• Performs sales and loan transactions in accordance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Keeps the sales floor clean, stocked, and maintains merchandise displays.
• Handles cash and negotiables as required.
• Answers incoming calls per company standards.
