FirstCash is seeking entry-level, full-time Pawnbroker / Retail Sales Associate for its pawn store locations nationwide. You will greet customers, process sales and loans, and work with a wide variety of merchandise while earning base pay plus commission.

Positions offer an hourly wage with a commission plan based on personal productivity; Earned Wage Access is available, and a comprehensive benefits package is provided after eligibility.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of sales experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to develop rapport and recommend financial solutions.
• Performs non‑management open/close procedures.
• Keeps the sales floor clean, stocked, and displays merchand.
• Handles cash and loan transactions following policies and procedures.
• Answers customer questions and assists with problem resolution.
