Job summary

The Children’s Place is seeking a Sales Associate in Peoria, IL to support the Store Leadership Team in achieving company goals and delivering outstanding customer service. You will handle merchandise presentation, stock replenishment, and backroom organization while ensuring a clean, ready environment and adherence to safety standards.

You’ll greet customers, explain promotions, assist with stock and sizing, and help drive sales at the cashwrap, including PLACE Card education.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Leadership to achieve company goals.
• Provide excellent customer service and effective communication.
• Maintain merchandise presentation and stock levels.
• Process sales at the cashwrap and educate about the PLACE Card.
• Ensure safety and Loss Prevention procedures are followed.
• Collaborate within a fast-paced, team environment.
• Work flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and call-in shifts.
