The Children\'s Place in Aurora, IL is hiring a Sales Associate to support the Store Leadership Team in achieving company goals. You will model excellent customer service, maintain product knowledge, and keep merchandise presentation, replenishment, and store cleanliness at a high standard.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge customers while providing the appropriate level of service.
• Effectively communicate value and quality of our merchandise and promotions.
• Provide fast, friendly service at the cashwrap and educate customers on PLACE Card benefits.
• Maintain stock levels and ensure all sizes and styles are represented.
• Follow company standards of merchandise presentation, signage, and display.
• Support a neat, clean stockroom and adhere to safety requirements.
• Perform daily housekeeping duties and protect company assets per Loss Prevention procedures.
