Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Basic math skills.
• Customer service experience.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
• Forklift certification may be required in some roles.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers, assess projects, recommend products and excite customers about purchases.
• Provide above-average customer service and exceed expectations.
• Maintain in-stock areas, keep them clean, shoppable and safe.
• Collaborate with management and team members to meet sales goals.
• Process purchases at checkout using POS system.
• Process refunds and exchanges per guidelines.
• Follow cash, check and credit procedures.
• Create price tags and signs; stock and display merchandise.
• Adhere to company safety processes and dress code.
