PUMA in the United States is seeking a part-time Retail Associate to deliver high standards of customer experience at the store level and support brand values.

You will process transactions, keep the store clean and merchandised, assist with stock, and work non-traditional hours including weekends and holidays.

Requirements include at least 1 year of retail experience, strong communication, team spirit, and basic MS Office skills; base pay $15.00–$18.00 per hour plus benefits.

Qualificações

• At least 1 year of experience in a retail environment or equivalent.
• Strong team player with good communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to store standards.
• Basic MS Office skills and computer literacy.
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high standards of customer experience in line with brand values.
• Help drive sales, KPIs and profitability through effective service.
• Process sales at checkout quickly and securely.
• Maintain cleanliness and visual merchandising per Puma guidelines.
• Execute and process incoming/outgoing merchandise.
• Assist with stock levels, inventory counts and product availability.
• Adhere to all policies, procedures and operating competencies.
• Maintain safe, healthy and compliant working/shopping environment.
• Work non-traditional hours as required.
