Pull-A-Part, LLC is hiring a Retail Sales Associate in Louisville, KY. You will greet customers, guide them to parts, and process transactions while maintaining a clean yard and store. The role requires helpful, friendly service and teamwork to support core values.

Candidates should have 1+ year in a customer-facing job, be comfortable with digital tools, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Weekend and holiday availability is expected.

Your Role

As a Retail Sales Associate, you'll be the first and last person our customers interact with. You'll help guide them through our parts yard, answer questions, process transactions, and ensure every customer leaves with the help they need. This role is essential to providing an excellent customer experience and maintaining a smooth retail operation.

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and be on your feet throughout the day
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
• Reliable transportation
