Pull-A-Part of Louisville LLC is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to greet customers, guide them through our yard and carry out transactions with accuracy. You’ll join a team focused on delivering a great customer experience and a smooth retail operation, both indoors and outdoors, with opportunities for growth.

The role requires willingness to work weekends and holidays, lift up to 50 lbs, and use digital tools to locate parts. Training is provided in a fast-paced environment.

• Confidence using computers, kiosks, and mobile devices
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions

• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
• Reliable transportation

Your Role

As a Retail Sales Associate, you'll be the first and last person our customers interact with. You'll help guide them through our parts yard, answer questions, process transactions, and ensure every customer leaves with the help they need. This role is essential to providing an excellent customer experience and maintaining a smooth retail operation.
