Pull-A-Part, LLC is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to greet customers, guide them through the yard, and process transactions. You will answer questions, locate parts online, and ensure each customer leaves satisfied with a smooth shopping experience.

The role emphasizes high-energy customer service, teamwork, and accurate handling of titles and paperwork. Candidates should be comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Formación

• 1+ year in a customer-facing role (retail, hospitality, etc.).
• Confident with computers, kiosks, and mobile devices.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Willing to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet all day.
• Weekend, holiday, and overtime availability as needed.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

Your Role

As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll be the first and last person our customers interact with. You'll help guide them through our parts yard, answer questions, process transactions, and ensure every customer leaves with the help they need. This role is essential to providing an excellent customer experience and maintaining a smooth retail operation.

• Confidence using computers, kiosks, and mobile devices
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet throughout the day
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
• Reliable transportation

Bonus Skills:
