Pull-A-Part is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to welcome customers, guide them through the yard, help locate parts, and process transactions. You’ll learn promotions, warranties, and events while ensuring a clean, organized store and yard. The role supports a positive customer experience and operational smoothness.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year in customer-facing roles, comfort with computers and kiosks, and strong communication. Weekend and overtime availability is needed.

Your Role

As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll be the first and last person our customers interact with. You'll help guide them through our parts yard, answer questions, process transactions, and ensure every customer leaves with the help they need. This role is essential to providing an excellent customer experience and maintaining a smooth retail operation.

What You Bring as a Retail Sales Associate

• 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role (retail, call center, hospitality, etc.)
• Confidence using computers, kiosks, and mobile devices
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet throughout the day
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
• Reliable transportation

Bonus Skills:

• Basic automotive parts or repair knowledge
• Automotive parts sales experience
