FirstCash, Inc. is hiring a Retail Sales Associate in Orlando to deliver customer-focused service on a fast-paced sales floor. Earn 16.00–19.00 USD per hour plus unlimited commission and enjoy benefits, flexible hours, and employee discounts from day one.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18+ years old with HS diploma or GED.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Experience with firearms in FFL locations; certification provided.
• Comfortable with various merchandise; customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries
• Support customers with pawn and short-term loan services by explaining terms, completing paperwork, and ensuring a smooth, customer-focused experience
• Process sales and loan activity accurately while following company and regulatory guidelines
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support buying, selling, and loan decisions
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly
• Support store operations, including basic opening/closing tasks
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members
• Complete required training and follow company policies
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Strong customer service skills and a team‑oriented mindset
• Basic math and computer skills; experience using retail checkout systems is a plus
• Willingness to assist customers or retrieve merchandise from exterior areas

Commission Information
