Cash America Pawn, a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate role in El Paso, TX, offers $10.00–$14.00 per hour + Unlimited Commission. If you enjoy helping customers, working with a variety of merchandise, and earning commission on top of your hourly rate, this role is a great fit.

• Strong customer service skills and a team‑oriented mindset.
• Basic math and computer skills; experience using retail checkout systems is a plus.

Full-Time Retail Sales Associate

$10.00 – $14.00 per hour + Unlimited Commission

We’re looking for a customer‑focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team! If you enjoy helping customers, working with a variety of merchandise, and earning commission on top of your hourly rate, this role is a great fit.
