Job summary

Cashland is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate in Ohio to greet customers, assist with sales and loan inquiries, and maintain a well‑organized sales floor. You’ll work with a variety of merchandise and earn commission on top of hourly pay.

Offering $11.00–$14.00 per hour plus commission up to 8%, plus benefits and wage-access options. The role requires strong customer service, flexibility, and the ability to stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.

What We’re Looking For

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided)
• Strong customer service skills and a team‑oriented mindset
• Basic math and computer skills; experience using retail checkout systems is a plus
• Willingness to assist customers or retrieve merchandise from exterior areas
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply

Commission Information
