Cash America Pawn is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate in Orlando, FL. The role offers $15.00 – $18.00 per hour plus commission up to 8%, with strong customer service expectations and duties across sales, loans, and merchandise inquiries.

You'll greet customers, explain loan terms, process transactions, maintain displays, and support opening/closing tasks. Eligibility includes 18+, HS diploma, and flexibility to work weekends; bilingual applicants encouraged.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to assist customers or retrieve merchandise from exterior areas.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Support customers with pawn and short-term loan services by explaining terms, completing paperwork, and ensuring a smooth, customer-focused experience
• Process sales and loan activity accurately while following company and regulatory guidelines
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support buying, selling, and loan decisions
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly
• Support store operations, including basic opening/closing tasks
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members
• Complete required training and follow company policies
• Perform other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided)
• Strong customer service skills and a team‑oriented mindset

• Willingness to assist customers or retrieve merchandise from exterior areas

Commission Information
