FirstCash Holdings, Inc. seeks a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate for Cash America Pawn stores in Texas. You will help customers, explain pawn and loan options, and process sales with accuracy while delivering friendly, product‑focused service.

We offer hourly pay from $11.00 to $14.00 plus unlimited commission, flexible weekend hours, and benefits including earned wage access, discounts, and a 401(k) plan. Join a team that values customer care and compliance with store policies.

Qualificações

• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support buying, selling, and loan decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Support store operations, including basic opening/closing tasks.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Complete required training and follow company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Full-Time Retail Sales Associate

What We’re Looking For

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided)
• Strong customer service skills and a team‑oriented mindset
• Basic math and computer skills; experience using retail checkout systems is a plus
• Willingness to assist customers or retrieve merchandise from exterior areas
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply

Commission Information
