Cash America Pawn in Anchorage, AK is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate. You will greet customers, assist with sales, loans, and product inquiries, and support pawn and short-term loan services with clear explanations and paperwork.

The role offers a competitive hourly wage plus commission on top of base pay, along with benefits such as medical, dental, vision, life, and 401(k) auto-enrollment, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and earned wage access.

• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided).
• Strong customer service skills and a team‑oriented mindset.
• Basic math and computer skills; experience using retail checkout systems is a plus.
• Willingness to assist customers or retrieve merchandise from exterior areas.

Full‑Time Retail Sales Associate

$14.50 – $17.50 per hour + Unlimited Commission

We’re looking for a customer‑focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team! If you enjoy helping customers, working with a variety of merchandise, and earning commission on top of your hourly rate, this role is a great fit.

Commission Information
