First Cash Holdings, Inc. is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Associate in Georgia to help customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.

You’ll earn $13.00–$16.00 per hour plus commission and join a team focused on service and efficiency. This role offers flexible hours, cashier duties, and opportunities for training, with benefits including earned wage access, employee discounts, and 401(k) auto-enrollment after six months.

Responsabilités

Full-Time Retail Sales Associate

$13.00 – $16.00 per hour + Unlimited Commission

We’re looking for a customer‑focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team! If you enjoy helping customers, working with a variety of merchandise, and earning commission on top of your hourly rate, this role is a great fit.

What You'll Do

What We’re Looking For

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs., and perform physical tasks
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided)
• Strong customer service skills and a team‑oriented mindset
• Basic math and computer skills; experience using retail checkout systems is a plus
• Willingness to assist customers or retrieve merchandise from exterior areas

Commission Information

Associates can earn 2–8% commission based on individual performance. Full details are provided during the interview process.
