Cash America Pawn is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Associate in Georgia. You will greet customers, assist with sales, loans, and product inquiries, and help customers understand pawn terms while maintaining a friendly, compliant service experience.

Earn hourly pay plus commission, enjoy employee discounts, benefits, earned wage access, and flexible hours with most stores open 9AM-6PM and limited Sundays.

Qualificações

• 18+ years old with a HS diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Firearms handling in FFL locations with certification provided.
• Strong customer service and a team mindset.
• Basic math and computer skills; experience with retail checkout systems is a plus.
• Bilingual applicants encouraged.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries
• Explain terms, complete paperwork, and ensure a smooth customer experience for pawn and short-term loans
• Process sales and loan activity accurately following guidelines
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support buying, selling, and loans
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly
• Support store operations, including opening/closing tasks
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members
• Complete required training and follow company policies
• Perform other duties as assigned

Full-Time Retail Sales Associate

$14.00 - $17.00 per hour + Unlimited Commission

We're looking for a customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team! If you enjoy helping customers, working with a variety of merchandise, and earning commission on top of your hourly rate, this role is a great fit.

What We're Looking For

• Willingness to assist customers or retrieve merchandise from exterior areas

Commission Information

Associates can earn 2-8% commission based on individual performance. Full details are provided during the interview process.
