Cash America Pawn in Anchorage seeks a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate to provide excellent customer service, assist with pawn and short-term loans, and process transactions accurately. You will evaluate merchandise and maintain an appealing sales floor, while following company policies and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to stand and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility to weekends and holidays.
• Experience working with firearm products in FFL locations is a plus.

$14.50 – $17.50 per hour + Unlimited Commission

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided)
• Strong customer service skills and a team‑oriented mindset
• Basic math and computer skills; experience using retail checkout systems is a plus
• Willingness to assist customers or retrieve merchandise from exterior areas
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply

Commission Information

Associates can earn 2–8% commission based on individual performance. Full details are provided during the interview process.
