Pawn South in Elizabethtown, NC is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate to greet customers and assist with pawn and loan services while driving sales. You will be paid $13.50–$17.00 per hour plus commission up to 8% and have opportunities to earn more through performance-based incentives.

• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support buying, selling, and loan decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Support store operations, including opening/closing tasks.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.

$13.50 – $17.00 per hour + Unlimited Commission

What You'll Do

What We’re Looking For

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided)
• Strong customer service skills and a team‑oriented mindset
• Basic math and computer skills; experience using retail checkout systems is a plus
• Willingness to assist customers or retrieve merchandise from exterior areas
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply

Commission Information

Associates can earn 2–8% commission based on individual performance. Full details are provided during the interview process.
