Job summary

tarte cosmetics is seeking experienced retail sales associates for part-time opportunities in select geographic markets. You will engage customers, promote tarte products, and contribute to achieving sales targets in a fast-paced beauty environment.

Ideal candidates have cosmetics retail experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work peak hours including weekends and some evenings. Smartphone usage and social media savvy are a plus.

Job Description

tarte cosmetics is seeking experienced retail sales associates for part-time opportunities in select geographic markets.

Requirements

• Passion for tarte products
• Retail sales experience, with expertise in Sephora and/or Ulta environments
• Strong relationship-building and verbal communication skills
• Enthusiasm for customer service with the ability to confidently engage and assist customers
• Merchandising and planogram experience
• Competitive spirit with a drive to achieve sales goals (SPH target: $200/hour)
• Availability during peak retail hours, including weekends and some evenings
• Own a smartphone and have a working knowledge of apps and social media
